Deed Book 4 Pg. 184 This Indenture made and entered into this Seventeenth day of March in the year our lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen between Abraham Dilse anof hte County ofHarrison and State of Kentucky of the one part and John Anderson of the said County adn State aforesaid of the toher part witnesseth that this said Dilse for and in consideration of the sum of sixty pounds to him in hand paid the receipt where of he doth hereby acknowledge hat bargained sold aliened cofirmed and by these presents doth bargain sell alien confrim and convey unto the said Anderson his heirs executors adminstrators and assigns that tract or parcel of land situatee lying and being in this County of Harrison and State afore said on the waters of Indian Creek and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at a Bow Elder on the bank of Indian Creek the upper border of said Anderson original tract where on he now liveds running from thence up Indian Creek and binding thereon to another boxelder tree on the bank corner to said Dilse thence south forty degrees went one hundred and fifty eight poles to two sugar trees corner to said Dilse Thence north forty eight degress west sixty poles to a Hickory tree corner to said Dilse in NisbetÕs ? thence north forty two degrees East one hundred and forty poles to a dead ash in said Anderson field thence North sixty degrees East thrity eight poles to the Beginning to have and the aforesaid tract or parcel of land Containing sixty acres to hold to the said Anderson his heirs now and forever the said Dilse doth herby warrant and defindthe title of said land to the said Anderson his heirs be against the claims or claims of any person claiming by through or under himself his heirs and it is understood that should said lands(?) be lost by any other claim or claims whatever there and that case the said Anderso is to have recourse when ?????? acknowledge that said Andersons proportion of claims against said Johnson should said land be lost as of aforesaid was sixty pounds is Two hundred and two pounds and the interest therein agreeable to the time and effect of said recited deed.
