Will Book H p. 230 I Francis Anderson being of sound mind and disposing memory, and being impressed with the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make ordain and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills. Item first, I give and bequeath to my son William Anderson my farm on whcih I reside. Item Second, I will and desire that at my death all my personal property Shall be sold and all my just debts paid out of the proceeds threrof. Item third, I give and bequeath to my Sons John Anderson and NESBIT ANDERSON Sixty dollars each to be paid them by my Execuitor out of the proceeds of the Sale of my personal Estate. Item fourth, I will and desire that the balance of my personal Estate be equally divided among all my children Except William Anderson to whom I have given my farm, as I do not intend to give him any thing except the farm, and if any of my children should be dead at my decease then and in that case I give to their child or children such portion of my estate as I have herinbefore given to their parents if alive. Item fifth, I nominate and appoint Silas G. Stirman to be the Executor of this my last will and testament. Deed Book K AndersonÕs to Kirpaticks, G deed This Indenture made and entered into this 3rd day of August 1832 by and between Andrew Anderson, Polly Cartmill, Elizabeth Wall, James Anderson Heirs at law of John Anderson decd of the first part and G. Kirkpatrick of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration ofthe sum of one hundred and sixty Dollars to each of them in hand paid and secured to be and have granted baragained and sold and relinquished and by thsi presents doth grant bargain sell and relinquish to the party of the second part all the right title interest and claim which they the said party of the first part and each of them hold by decent said heirs at law of said John Anderson deceased on and to a certain tract or parcel of alnd situated in Harrison County on the waters of Indian Creek it being the same whereon said John Anderson deceased resided at thet time of his death supposesd to contain about a hundred and ten acres be the same more or less to have and hold said several interests in said tract of land agreeable to their respective protioons of each heir with the appurtenences thereunto belonging to said G. Kirkpatrick his heirsand assigns forever and the said party of the first part do agree to warrent and defend said promises each his respective portion thereof with its appurtenances to the said G. Kirpatrcik his heirs and assigns forever against the claims of themselves respectively of their heirs and all person claiming by through or under them or eithr of them. By these presents. Kirkpatrick Polly Cartmill Elizabeth Wall James Anderson Commenwealth of Kentucky County ofHarrison I Samuel Endicott Clerk of the County Court of Harrison County do certify that this deed of Conveyance from Andrew Anderson, Polly Cartmill, Elizabeth Wall, and James Anderson to George Kirkpatrick was (as appears from an endorsement made by Andrew Moore Deputy Clerk) produced in this office on the 3rd day of August 1832 and acknowleged by the said Andrew Anderson to be his act and deed and from an endorsement made by Elijah Patterson Deputy. Elizabeth Wall acknowledged the sameAugust 7th of same year; and on the 21st of September year aforeaid the same was acknowledged by the said James Anderson Before Thomas W. Endicott Deputy to be his act and deed. and the acknowledgement of Polly Cartmill was proven before me on the 29th December same year, by the oaths of Mary and Eliza J.
