Mary E. Maffett the widow of Thomas J. Maffett deceased having
waived her right to administrator on the estate of her late
husband; and on her motion is ordered that W.S. Hardin be and he
is hereby appointed administrator of the estate of said T.J.
Maffett deceased. Therefore said Hardin took the oath prescribed
by law and together with said D.M. Howard and James F. Keller
his sureties are accepted and approved by the Court entered into
and ackowledged bond to the commonwealth of Kentucky as
administrator aforesaid conditioned according to law and
thereupon the Court grants letters of administration herein to
him in due form.
It is ordered that Thomas Anderson, D.M. Howard and James F.
Keller be and they are hereby appointed appraisers of the estate
of ThomasJ. Maffett deceased.
