Adam Hamiltonhas sold his farm of 160 acres to an Ohio man for $3,300.
9 Jan 1884 Jewell County Monitor Newspaper ft pg c 4, under Brown Creekitems; Adam Hamilton has returned from his trip to the east part of thestate. He was well pleased with the country.

11 Jan 1894 Soldier Clipper, P8C3: Lewis Cable has traded the west halfof his farm to a Mr. Hamilton, of near Atchison, taking in exchange a 170acres fram ten miles from Atchison and $1,500. The gentleman are now inthe presto change business, moving their machinery, etc. the familieswill move about March 1st.
