Peddicord and John Peddicord her husband, James S. Long and Eliza Long his wife, John H. Long and Kate Long his wife, Josiah M. Long and Mannie Long his wife, Nancy C. Hume and Moss Hume her husband, the last two by their attorney Josiah M. Long, Laura Francis White and Giles White her husband, Mary J. Whaley and Bettie Smith and Silas Smith her husband, all parties of the first part and Jemima Anderson of the second part Witnesseth that whereas, WmLong decd seiged of various tracts of land in Harrison and Nicholas Counties Kentucky and Nancy Long his widow, having accepted as dower 891/2 acres and 11 poles of land known as the home farm, now therefore the said first parties for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to then paid and the further consideration of making partition of the remainder of the lands of which, Wm Long, decd, seized among his heirs at law, do by these presents, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Jemima Anderson her heirs and assign all that lot ofland bounded as follows, beginning at a stone corner to the same thence S29 3/4_W24_poles to a stone: Thence N48Õ14 E20 84/100 poles to a Stone thence S48 1/2 W10 12/100 poles to a Stone: Thence S401/2 E90 poles to a Stone cornerto Raburn: Thence N49 3/4 E35 8/10 poles to a Stone corner @@ S40 degrees 34Õ E77 4/100 poles to the Beginning containing 17 1/4 acres and 16 poles, together with a right of way east and nearly the eastern line of the land this daydeeded to Mary Endicott and over lands of Nancy C. Hume. To have and to hold the same to her the said Jemima Anderson her heirs and at signs forever against any and all person claiming by through or under Wm Long deceased as his heirs at law.
