Hon. John C. Bagby Judge of the County Court of Schuyler Co.:
The Petition of the undersigned, respectfully represents that
Geo. H. Andersonis a minor, aged 20 years, on the 21 day of May
A.D. 1884; that John W. Anderson is a minor, aged 17 years, on
the 10 day of Dec A.D. 1883; that Andrew C. Anderson is a minor,
aged 10 years on the 18 day of March A.D. 1884; that James Q.
Anderson is a minor, aged 9 years, on the 16 day of March A.D.
1884, that said minors are residents of this County; tht they
have no father living, orother legal guardian residing in this
State, that said minors are entitled topersonal estate from the
estate of their deceased father amounting to about Three hundred
dollars, and to an annual rental in the real estate of said
deceased to the amount of about Three hundred dollars, and that
your petitioners desires Wm. F. Anderson to be appointed

OBITUARY - Kenneth Anderson of Brooklyn died Tuesday
George Kenneth Anderson of Brooklyn township, died Tuesday at
St. Francis
hospital in Macomb.
Funeral services were held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Brooklyn
M. E.
church in charge of Rev. F. L. Enslow. Burial in Rushville
cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was born September 29, 1907 at Huntsville, a son of
Fred &
Pearl Lawler Anderson. He was married at Rushville, January 28,
1928 to Voneta
Unger. Surviving are his mother, widow, 2daughters, Sandra at
home & Mrs.
Eddie Widener of Augusta, a son, Glen, at home, one sister, Mrs.
Melvin Vaughn
of Camden, a brother, Herschel Andersonof Quincy & one
grandchild.
