Adam, son of Adam, father of Nancy Ann Brinegar Roberts copy of Land Deed and Estate Papers are with this record. Adam was repaid for "Sundries furnished the militia of North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina as allowed W. Cathey and Harris, Auditors Salisbury District as per their report...# 39 to Adam Brinninger for curency specie 1.3.0.0." By supplying goods to the militia granted him as a fellow that one could join the DAR on.
